*NOTE* Leaving a credit/debit card on file does not mean you will be charged when booking your appointment. It also is not required to pay for your service with the same card you leave on file, it is to simply hold your appointment. If result in a no show OR not canceling 48 hours prior to your appointment time, 50% of the missed appointment will be charged. A no call/ no show will result in being unable to re-book a future appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, it will result in giving up a service or possibly having to reschedule your appointment. I value your time and I hope you value mine too. Communication is key!
